At urbanshoppey, we are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience with reliable and timely order fulfillment. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following successful confirmation. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our secure logistics network.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to regional disruptions or high demand.

Please note: Expedited or same-day delivery services are currently not available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select products. COD availability will be displayed at checkout, along with any applicable service charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are transparently displayed at checkout. Many of our products qualify for free shipping as part of promotional offers.

Exchange & Return Policy

If a return is created for an exchange, the customer must first return the original product. Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer.

If the customer refuses to accept the replacement product and it is returned to us (RTO), and the customer then requests a refund, only the difference between the product selling price and the delivery/shipping charges will be refunded.

Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS and/or email. You can use this ID to track your order in real time through the carrier’s website or app.
